Pac-man brings Pride and Happiness Again for the Philippines

“My victory is a symbol of my people’s comeback from a natural disaster and a natural tragedy”, Manny Pacquiao said after the battle. He truly epitomizes the Filipino’s spirit as strong and resilient regardless of the horrific situation happened recently to the Philippines. His win definitely brings pride and happiness for the country.

Pac-man redeems himself after his deplorable knockout loss against Juan Manuel Marquez a year ago. But for him it was an experience that taught him to be stronger as a boxer. Prior to this fight, a lot of speculations questioned his ability to grab hold of victory against Brandon Rios. But today, he proves to everyone that he is still the Filipino’s Champ.
