Let your cravings be satisfied by indulging in Manila Hotel’s Café Ilang-ilang. They cater Asian, European and Western dishes which I am sure you’ll love to dive in to. This buffet restaurant was stunningly designed to provide luxurious and pleasurable gastronomy for all the food lovers like you. The cafe has different cooking stations where diners can mingle with the chefs while preparing the food. Must have been said, this restaurant is truly one of my favorites!

 

The historic five star hotel has never failed to give us the elegant feeling not only by their high-class rooms and facilities but also through their delightful dining café. Manila hotel certainly conceptualizes a perfect weekend relaxation for local and international tourists.

Café Ilang-ilang has certainly brought extensive culinary delights for all the visitors of Manila Hotel. Just when I entered the restaurant, I was awed by the modern and artfully decorated buffet. Food selections are served in a real good flair and charm. There is really nothing I can ask for in a restaurant.

One good thing about this cafe is that diners can interact with the chefs while preparing the food.

The buffet restaurant features alternative local and international cuisines. You’ll see inside an Asian kitchen where all your favourite Filipino foods are offered such as adobo, tocino, danggit, etc. On top of that, they also have different kinds of Chinese, Korean and Malaysian courses you can devour. 

In addition, they also have Italian kitchen where you can gulp down variety of cheese and rustic pizzas. On the other corner of the café, you’ll see Western Grill kitchenette where your choice of pork, beef or lamb is grilled according to your liking. 

Of course buffet will not be complete without tasty and delicious desserts. The sweets station of the restaurant offers fresh fruits, doughnuts, cakes, macaroons, etc. Those are just perfect finale after the heavy meal, right?
